A Phase Ib Study of ISF35 in Combination With Chemotherapy (FCR) in Subjects With Relapsed, Refractory, and/or 17p- CLL

This phase 1b trial is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of three intravenous infusions of ISF35, followed by up to six courses of standard chemotherapy (FCR) in up to 12 patients with fludarabine-refractory and/or 17p-deleted CLL. This trial is being conducted at the Moores Cancer Center at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), in La Jolla, CA; The West Clinic in Memphis, TN; and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. This study is partially funded by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Therapy Acceleration Program.

Study of Repeat Intranodal Injection of Memgen's Cancer Vaccine, Ad-ISF35, in Subjects With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (CLL/SLL)

This phase 2 trial is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of up to six doses of ISF35 injected directly into a lymph node using ultrasound guidance in up to 28 patients with CLL. The trial is being conducted at UCSD Moores Cancer Center.

Study of Repeat Intranodal Injection of Memgen's Cancer Vaccine, Ad-ISF35, in Subjects With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (Follicular, Diffuse Large Cell, Mantle Cell, and Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma/Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia)

This phase 2 trial is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of up to six doses of ISF35 injected directly into a lymph node using ultrasound guidance in up to 28 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The trial is being conducted at UCSD Moores Cancer Center.

Completed Trials

Pharmacodynamic (PD) Study of Intranodal Adenovirus-CD154 (Ad-ISF35) in Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (CLL/SLL)

This phase 1 trial was designed to find the optimal dose of a single dose of ISF35 injected directly into a lymph node using ultrasound guidance in 15 patients with CLL. The study was completed at UCSD Moores Cancer Center.

A Phase I Trial of Autologous CLL B Cells Transduced to Express Chimeric CD154 (ISF35)

This phase 1 trial was designed to find the optimal dose of a single intravenous infusion of ISF35 in 9 patients with CLL. The trial was completed at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.

A Phase I Extension Trial of Repeated Infusions of ISF35

This phase 1 study was designed to evaluate the safety of repeated intravenous infusions of ISF35 in 4 patients with CLL who previously had received ISF35. The trial was completed at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.
