Company Profile

Memgen, LLC is developing a technology platform of patent-protected re-engineered molecules based on the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, targeting specific receptors expressed on disease cells of patients with cancer, autoimmune conditions, and infectious disease. Memgen holds a world-wide, exclusive license for this technology from the University of California. This technology is now covered by 65 granted patents for composition of matter and methods of use.

Memgen's lead product ISF35, a re-engineered CD40 ligand immunotherapy, is in phase I and II clinical studies for leukemia and lymphoma, and ready for clinical trials in patients with solid tumor carcinomas, including hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, and melanoma. Memgen's product development pipeline includes other re-engineered TNF family members in preclinical development for patients with cancer, autoimmunity, or infectious disease.

Memgen offers potential pharmaceutical or investment partners a low cost entry into a wide range of cancers and other diseases, with novel, first-in-class products. Memgen will consider a variety of possible collaborations including option agreements, outright purchase of the technology or company, or milestone payments and royalties.
